Core to my integrative health coaching model is mindfulness. It is a key component of the initial assessment. It is a component that many clients don't set out to discover in their coaching process. Through the process of coaching you discover where it fits in your life and how simply being aware in the moment can improve stress, anxiety, time management, weight loss, communication skills, relationships. It is the foundation to change. Mindfulness is the way through. |
